Työkalulaukku B&W Cases 120.04/L

The B&W Cases 120.04/L tool storage case is constructed from black Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and provides a rigid, impact-resistant container for hand tools and accessories. With interior dimensions of 485 x 370 x 200 mm it offers a practical internal volume for organized storage, while the external measurements (width 515 mm, depth 445 mm) are designed for transport and handling. The case combines a solid shell with a compact footprint to protect tools from mechanical stress and everyday wear.

Advantages

The ABS construction delivers reliable impact protection and dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures. Its moderate weight and compact external size make it suitable for frequent carrying and positioning in work vehicles or workshops. The internal space and rectangular layout allow for straightforward arrangement of tools, small parts, and consumables. The exterior finish resists scratches and is easy to clean, maintaining a professional appearance with minimal maintenance.

How to use

Arrange tools and accessories inside the case so heavier items sit on the bottom and smaller pieces are contained in separate pouches or compartments to prevent shifting. Close the lid and secure any latches to ensure the case remains shut during transport. For long-term storage, keep the case in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Regularly inspect for cracks or damaged latches and replace or repair if protection is compromised.

Recommendations

For efficient organization, use foam inserts, divider trays or small containers to separate different tool types and fasteners. When transporting fragile instruments or electronics, add additional padding to prevent movement inside the case. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent; do not use aggressive solvents that can affect ABS.
