Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This luminaire uses a non-changeable LED module, so it is not suitable when you need a replaceable bulb or want to change light source type in the future. It is a mains-powered AC fixture (220–240 V) and requires appropriate outdoor wiring; it is not battery- or low-voltage powered.

How to use

Install the Philips Lois on a suitably rated outdoor junction box or mounting surface with correct weatherproof sealing and wiring to AC 220–240 V. Recommendations

For consistent performance, mount the light at a height and angle that optimises sensor detection for walkways or entrances; avoid aiming sensors directly at moving vegetation or busy roads to minimise false triggers.
