Upotusrasia JUNG AS 581 A WW, asennusrasia kytkimille/pistorasioille, 85×85×47 mm, valkoinen

JUNG AS 581 A WW is a flush-mount mounting box designed for switches and sockets. With external dimensions of 85 × 85 × 47 mm, the white plastic box provides a standardized cavity for installation of 1-gang inserts from the AS range (with some model exceptions). It is intended for indoor residential and commercial installations and is manufactured to support secure wiring, mechanical fixation and cable entries behind compatible cover plates.

Advantages

The box includes an integrated frame and a non-flammable ground plate to improve safety and simplify earthing. Its compact 85×85×47 mm size fits common wall cavities and supports standardized AS-range inserts (excluding certain key switches, 3-level switches and the Swiss type 13 socket). The construction allows stable fixing of mechanism inserts and tidy routing of conductors, while the white finish matches many interior colors.

How to use

Position the box in the prepared wall cavity at the required mounting height and secure it according to local installation rules and building standards. Route supply and branch conductors into the box through the available entry points, attach the included non-flammable ground plate to provide an earthing connection, and fix the chosen AS-range insert into the integrated frame. After connecting conductors to the device terminals and testing the circuit, fit the compatible cover plate or frame to complete the installation.

Recommendations

Use this mounting box for indoor applications only and select compatible AS-range inserts to ensure correct fit and function. Do not use with excluded device types such as certain key switches, 3-level switches and the Swiss type 13 socket. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician following applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
