USB-C-kaapeli ShiverPeaks 13-72155 Type-C–Type-C 1,5 m TB4 UltraFlex

The ShiverPeaks USB-C Cable 13-72155 Type-C to Type-C 1.5m TB4 UltraFlex is a 1.5 metre connection cable engineered to support Thunderbolt 4 capabilities for high-speed data transfer and device power delivery. Its Type-C to Type-C configuration is suitable for modern laptops, docks, external drives and other USB-C peripherals. The cable’s UltraFlex construction is designed to offer improved bendability and easier routing in both desktop and mobile environments while maintaining signal integrity required for TB4 performance.

Advantages

This Type-C to Type-C cable provides Thunderbolt 4 compatibility, enabling high bandwidth data transfer and support for video and power delivery over a single connection. The 1.5 m length balances reach and desk manageability, while the UltraFlex jacket reduces stiffness and strain on connectors. Connectors are reversible for straightforward plug-in, and the cable construction aims to preserve stable throughput and charging characteristics under typical usage.

Suitable for

• Connecting Thunderbolt 4–capable laptops to docks and hubs
• Linking external NVMe drives and high-performance storage enclosures
• Connecting USB-C monitors or USB-C docking displays that accept TB4/USB-C video input
• Charging laptops and devices that accept USB-C power delivery
• General data sync between modern USB-C smartphones, tablets and computers

Key specifications

• Cable type: Type-C to Type-C
• Length: 1.5 metres
• Protocol support: Thunderbolt 4 capable (TB4 features)
• Power delivery: supports USB-C power delivery over the connection (subject to host/device limits)
• Construction: UltraFlex flexible jacket for improved bend performance
• Connector: reversible USB-C connectors at both ends

How to use

Insert the USB-C connector into the USB-C or Thunderbolt port of your host device and connect the other end to a compatible peripheral such as a dock, external drive or monitor. Ensure both connected devices support the desired features — for example, Thunderbolt 4 for maximum bandwidth or Power Delivery for charging — and arrange the cable to avoid sharp bends near the connectors. For optimal performance, use the cable for direct connections or through Thunderbolt/USB-C certified hubs and docks.

Recommendations

To maintain performance and longevity, avoid kinking the cable and route it with gentle curves. Do not exceed the power or data specifications of connected devices; check device manuals for supported PD wattage and Thunderbolt/USB-C feature sets. Keep connectors clean and insert/remove by holding the connector housing rather than pulling the cable itself.
