USB-kaapeli DeLOCK 82908 USB 3.2 Gen 1 0,6 m 2x USB A uros musta

This USB 3.0 cable is designed to connect and provide additional power to USB 3.0 devices, such as external 2.5" or 3.5" HDD enclosures, to a notebook or PC without requiring a separate power adapter. The cable combines power and data lines with a high gauge to ensure a stable and safe connection. The DeLOCK 82908 features two USB A male plugs and one USB A male plug on the other end, supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) with data rates up to 5 Gbit/s, and comes in a 0.6 m black cable.

Advantages

The cable supplies additional power and data over a single connection so many external HDD enclosures can operate without an extra power supply. USB 3.2 Gen 1 compatibility provides backward compatibility with USB 2.0/1.1 while enabling up to 5 Gbit/s transfer speeds. The higher cable gauge of the power and data conductors reduces voltage drop and improves connection stability during data transfer and device operation.

Suitable for

• Connecting external 2.5" and 3.5" HDD enclosures to laptops or desktops
• Powering bus-powered USB 3.0 devices that require extra current from two USB A ports
• High-speed data transfer between USB A host ports and compatible storage devices

How to use

Connect the single USB A plug to the host device (notebook or PC) and the double USB A plugs to the external HDD enclosure or device input as required to provide both data and additional power. Ensure both USB A plugs are seated firmly in the host ports to enable the supplemental power line when the device requires it. No external power adapter is necessary for bus-powered devices when using this cable as intended.

Recommendations

Use two available USB A ports on the host when connecting power-hungry bus-powered storage devices to ensure sufficient current. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable; route it away from heat sources and sharp edges to preserve cable integrity and signal quality.
