USB-kaapeli PureLink DS2000-100 10 m USB 2.0 USB-A USB-B musta

Active USB 2.0 repeater cable with USB-A male to USB-B male connectors, PureLink DS2000-100. This 10 m active Hi-Speed USB 2.0 extension cable extends the distance between a computer and USB peripherals such as hard drives, printers, mice, keyboards and USB hubs while maintaining USB 2.0 / 1.1 electrical and timing specifications. The cable uses an integrated amplification chipset to preserve signal quality over longer runs and includes robust shielding and quality conductors for reliable data transmission up to 480 Mbit/s.

Advantages

The active repeater design ensures consistent signal strength and timing compliance over 10 m, reducing data errors compared with passive extensions. Nickel-plated connectors, bare copper conductors and dense foil-and-braid shielding provide enhanced EMI protection and stable Hi-Speed USB 2.0 performance. Gold-plated contacts improve wear resistance and connection reliability for frequent use.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB printers and scanners located away from the PC
• Extending connections to external hard drives and USB hubs
• Routing USB devices behind desks or across rooms in offices and studios

How to use

Plug the USB-A male connector into the host computer’s USB port and the USB-B male connector into the peripheral device. Ensure both ends are securely connected; the cable’s internal amplifier is powered by the USB bus, so no external power supply is required. Use the cable to replace a standard passive extension when longer reliable connections are needed; verify device recognition in the operating system after connection.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid tightly coiling the cable and keep it away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference. Use the cable within its 10 m length specification and ensure connected devices support USB 2.0 / 1.1 standards to maintain optimal performance.
