USB-kaapeli Vivolink PROUSBCMMS7 7 m USB 3.0 suurnopeusdatansiirto

Vivolink PROUSBCMMS7 is a 7 m USB-C cable with a screw-lock connector on one end and a standard USB-C connector on the other. It transmits video, audio, data and power, supporting DisplayLink, DisplayPort 1.4, MST and Alt Mode. The cable supports data rates up to 20 Gbps and can deliver up to 100 W of power, making it suitable for charging mobile phones, external drives and most laptops. Reversible USB-C connectors provide easy plug-in operation and the cable is intended for high-performance, reliable connections between USB-C equipped devices.

Advantages

The cable combines a secure screw-lock at one end with a standard USB-C connector at the other for both reliable mechanical retention and broad compatibility. It supports high data throughput (up to 20 Gbps), multiple video protocols including DP1.4 and DisplayLink, and supplies up to 100 W power for charging. At 7 metres length it offers flexible placement options without sacrificing performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops, docking stations and monitors using USB-C Alt Mode or DisplayPort
• Transmitting high-resolution video via DP1.4, MST or DisplayLink
• Charging mobile phones, external HDD/SSD and most laptops (up to 100 W)
• Setups requiring a secure cable connection with screw-lock retention

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Connector A: USB-C with screw lock
• Connector B: USB-C (standard, reversible)
• Data rate: up to 20 Gbps
• Power delivery: up to 100 W
• Supported protocols: DisplayLink, DisplayPort 1.4, MST, Alt Mode

How to use

Connect the screw-lock USB-C end to the device that accepts a locking connector and tighten the screw to secure the connection. Plug the standard USB-C end into the host device such as a laptop, docking station or display. The reversible USB-C plugs allow insertion either way. The cable will handle video and audio transmission when used with compatible Alt Mode or DisplayPort devices, transfer data at high speed, and provide power delivery up to 100 W where supported.

Recommendations

Use the screw-lock end where a secure mechanical connection is required (for example on fixed installations or portable equipment that moves). Ensure both connected devices support the required protocols (DisplayPort/Alt Mode or DisplayLink) to enable video output. For best performance avoid tight bends near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources.
