USB-keskitin ACT AC6425 Type-C 5000 Mbit/s alumiini harmaa

The ACT AC6425 USB-C hub expands a laptop or computer with a USB-C port by adding four USB-A ports. The compact aluminium hub includes one USB 3.0 (5 Gbps) Type-A port and three USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) Type-A ports, providing a simple way to connect legacy USB-A peripherals to modern Type-C hosts.

Advantages

The aluminium housing offers a lightweight yet sturdy construction and a grey finish that fits into a laptop bag. With one USB 3.0 port supporting up to 5 Gbps and three USB 2.0 ports for lower-speed peripherals, the hub balances performance and compatibility. No external power supply is required for typical USB devices, and the compact size keeps it convenient for travel and everyday use.

Suitable for

• Connecting external mice and keyboards
• Attaching USB flash drives and external storage (for file transfer and access)
• Connecting printers, scanners and other legacy USB-A peripherals
• Expanding ports on laptops and desktops with a USB-C/Type-C port

How to use

Plug the hub into a computer or laptop USB-C port. Connect USB-A peripherals to the Type-A ports according to needed performance — use the USB 3.0 port for high-speed data transfers and the USB 2.0 ports for keyboards, mice and other lower-bandwidth devices. The hub is bus-powered and ready to use without additional drivers on most modern operating systems; ensure the host device supplies sufficient power for connected peripherals.

Recommendations

For fastest transfer speeds, connect external storage devices to the USB 3.0 (5 Gbps) Type-A port. Avoid overloading the hub with high-power devices simultaneously; for multiple power-hungry peripherals consider a powered USB hub or direct connections.
