USB-keskitin i-tec Advance USB 3.0 ohut passiivinen HUB 4 porttia

The ADVANCE Series by i-tec offers modern accessories with advanced technologies and refined design. The i-tec Advance USB 3.0 Slim Passive HUB 4 Port expands a computer's connectivity by providing four additional USB ports in a compact slim housing. It connects via the included 0.2 m USB cable, is bus-powered and compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.1/3.0) Type-A hosts, and supports high-speed data transfers up to 5000 Mbit/s while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices.

Advantages

The hub provides four USB 3.0 ports with Plug & Play operation and standard USB charging detection, allowing automatic identification of connected devices for charging. Its slim, lightweight design (110 × 30 × 10 mm, approx. 37 g) makes it easy to carry with notebooks and ultrabooks. Being bus-powered, it requires no external adapter for most peripherals and offers overcurrent protection to safeguard the host computer. A status LED indicates read/write activity.

Suitable for

• Connecting flash drives and external storage for fast data transfer
• Charging and connecting mobile phones, tablets and MP3 players
• Attaching mice, keyboards and other USB peripherals to laptops or desktops
• Expanding USB ports on ultrabooks and compact PCs where internal ports are limited

How to use

Connect the hub to an available USB Type-A port on your computer using the supplied 0.2 m cable. Once connected the hub is ready to use without driver installation (Plug & Play). Insert USB devices into any of the four ports for data transfer or charging; the hub will detect standard USB charging and enable charging where supported. For best performance with high-speed storage devices, use USB 3.0/3.1/3.2 compatible ports on the host computer.

Recommendations

For devices that require higher power (some external hard drives or several power-hungry peripherals used simultaneously) consider using a powered hub or connecting such devices directly to a powered USB port on your computer, as this passive hub is bus-powered and may not supply sufficient current for all equipment at once.
