Uudelleenkäytettävä puolinaamari 3M 6002 C1+R – hiukkassuojaus

The Half Face Reusable Respirator Mask 3M 6002 C1+R is a reusable half-face respirator designed to protect the nose and mouth from airborne particulates. Constructed with a soft facepiece and secure head straps, the mask provides a sealed fit and accepts replaceable particulate filters to maintain filtration performance during repeated use. Its compact design allows for prolonged wear in settings where dust, fibers and other non-oil particulates are present.

Advantages

The respirator combines a comfortable silicone or elastomer face seal with adjustable straps to reduce pressure points and improve fit. Replaceable filter cartridges make the unit cost-effective over time and allow continued protection without replacing the entire mask. The design permits clear breathing and stable positioning, while the durable construction withstands routine industrial and maintenance tasks.

How to use

Before each use, inspect the mask and filter cartridges for damage or contamination. Fit the mask over the nose and mouth, then adjust the head straps to achieve a snug seal against the face. Install or replace particulate filters according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring they are correctly locked into position. Breathe normally while wearing the respirator; if breathing becomes difficult or fit is compromised, leave the contaminated area and replace filters or the mask as required.

Recommendations

Use the mask only in atmospheres for which the filter type is rated. Perform a user seal check each time the respirator is fitted. Store the respirator and spare filters in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Replace filters when breathing resistance increases, when filters are damaged, or per manufacturer guidance.
