Uvex 8543.8 S1 SRC miesten aikuisten turvakengät musta PU-mikronahka

Uvex 8543.8 S1 SRC safety shoes combine protective features with everyday comfort for adult men working in industrial and service environments. The shoe pairs a micro velour upper with a polyurethane (PU) outsole and a breathable mesh lining to balance durability, slip resistance and wearer comfort. Designed to meet S1 safety requirements, this model provides basic toe protection, antistatic properties and energy absorption in the heel while maintaining a relatively lightweight feel for extended wear during shifts.

Advantages

The micro velour upper offers a soft surface that resists abrasion while keeping the shoe lightweight. A PU outsole delivers shock absorption and reliable resistance to oils and hydrocarbons, contributing to slip-resistant performance on a variety of floors. The breathable mesh lining improves ventilation and moisture management, reducing discomfort during long periods of use. Antistatic properties and energy-absorbing heel construction help reduce fatigue and support safe movement in workplaces that require control of electrostatic build-up and impact protection.

Suitable for

• Light manufacturing and assembly work
• Warehouse and logistics tasks
• Maintenance and service operations
• Retail and customer service environments requiring closed safety footwear

Key specifications

• Safety class: S1 (protective toe cap, antistatic, energy absorption in heel)
• Outsole material: polyurethane (PU) for shock absorption and oil resistance
• Upper material: micro velour for abrasion resistance and a soft feel
• Lining: breathable mesh for improved ventilation
• Slip resistance: SRC-rated for high slip resistance on ceramic and steel surfaces
• Gender: adult male fit

How to use

Select the appropriate size for a secure, comfortable fit and fasten the laces to ensure the foot is held firmly in place. Inspect the shoes regularly for wear on the outsole, damage to the upper, and integrity of the protective toe area; replace when protective properties or fit are compromised. Use these shoes in environments suitable for S1-class footwear: indoor or sheltered work areas where toe protection, antistatic properties and heel energy absorption are required but penetration resistance and water resistance are not primary needs.

Recommendations

For best performance, clean the micro velour upper with a soft brush and mild detergent, and allow shoes to air dry away from direct heat sources. Avoid prolonged exposure to oils and solvents beyond normal incidental contact. Store in a cool, dry place and rotate footwear if used daily to extend service life and maintain protective features.
