Vaahtomuovi allit AluPlus Foam 44/2 laukun kokoon 44 – allit

Allit AluPlus Foam 44/2 for case size 44 is a pre-cut foam insert designed to fit professional carrying cases and tool organizers. The foam provides tailored compartments and a dense cellular structure that reduces movement and cushions tools and delicate components during transport. Designed for tradespeople and technicians, this insert simplifies tool arrangement and helps maintain order in mobile and stationary work environments.

Advantages

The AluPlus Foam 44/2 combines precise pre-cut cavities with impact-absorbing material to protect tools from shocks and abrasion. Its consistent density and resilient surface reduce wear on tool edges and casings while limiting rattling inside the case. The foam is lightweight and easy to replace, enabling fast reconfiguration of case contents and straightforward maintenance.

Suitable for

• Storage and transport of hand tools and small power tools
• Organising measuring instruments, gauges and delicate components
• Field service kits and mobile technician cases
• Workshop storage where quick tool identification and access are required

Key specifications

• Pre-cut foam insert tailored for case size 44
• Dense foam material with shock-absorbing properties
• Multiple cavities for organised placement of tools and accessories
• Lightweight construction that does not substantially increase case weight
• Durable surface resistant to tearing and abrasion during normal use

How to use

Remove the existing insert from the compatible case and place the AluPlus Foam 44/2 into the case bottom, ensuring it sits flush and aligned with the case walls. Insert tools and equipment into the pre-cut cavities so that each item is held securely; if required, reposition items to optimise balance and accessibility. For cleaning, remove the foam insert and gently brush or vacuum to remove dust and debris. Replace the insert and close the case, checking that latches and seals operate correctly.

Recommendations

Use the AluPlus Foam 44/2 with case size 44 only; avoid forcing oversized items into cavities to prevent damage to the foam and tools. For heavy or sharp-edged tools, consider adding a thin protective layer or sheath to prolong foam life. Store the case in dry conditions and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures to maintain foam resilience.
