How to use

Adjust the pole length by opening the telescopic lock, extending or shortening to the desired setting between 110 and 130 cm, and closing the lock securely. Hold the poles with the ergonomic grips so that the elbow is slightly bent when the pole tip contacts the ground. Use poles alternately with opposite feet to maintain a steady rhythm when walking; shorten them for uphill sections and lengthen for downhill to preserve balance and reduce strain. After use, retract the poles and lock them for transport or storage.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the shaft locks, grips and tips for wear. Clean dirt and grit from locking mechanisms and tips after muddy or sandy use to maintain reliable adjustment and traction. Replace tips if they become excessively worn to preserve safe contact with terrain.
