How to use

Set the pole length to match your height and the terrain: slightly shorter for downhill, slightly longer for uphill. Open the quick-adjust lock, extend to the desired length within the 90–125 cm range and secure the lock to prevent slipping. Hold the ergonomic grip and place the tip on the trail ahead to support your stride; use the wrist strap to transfer load from the hand to the forearm for reduced fatigue. Regularly check and tighten the locking mechanism and inspect the tips for wear before and after walks.

Recommendations

For best performance, clean dirt from the locking mechanism and tips after use and dry thoroughly before storage. Replace worn tips when traction decreases. Adjust lengths incrementally when switching between uphill and downhill segments to maintain comfortable posture and reduce joint strain.
