Vaellussauvat Viking Carbo Lite musta lime, 175 cm, hiilikuitu, 610 g

Viking Carbo Lite Black Lime trekking poles are lightweight, fixed-length carbon poles with a 175 cm length and a total weight of 610 g per pair. Designed for hiking and trekking, they offer stable support on mixed terrain while keeping pack weight low. The carbon shaft reduces vibration and overall mass, and the ergonomic grip and reliable tip promote secure footing on trails, gravel and uneven surfaces.

Advantages

The carbon construction delivers a high strength-to-weight ratio, making these poles notably lighter than comparable aluminum models. A comfortable hand grip reduces fatigue during long walks, and the robust tip ensures consistent traction on dirt, rock and packed snow. Their fixed-length design eliminates moving parts that can loosen, providing dependable performance in varied conditions.

Suitable for

• Day hikes and multi-day trekking where lightweight gear is important
• Mountain and forest trails with mixed surfaces
• Hikers seeking improved balance on uneven or slippery terrain
• Backpackers who prefer fixed-length, low-maintenance poles

Key specifications

• Length: 175 cm (fixed)
• Material: carbon shaft
• Weight: 610 g (pair)
• Color: black with lime accents
• Grip: ergonomic hand grip
• Tip: durable trekking tip for mixed terrain

How to use

Hold the Viking Carbo Lite Black Lime poles with a relaxed grip and plant the tip diagonally behind you as you step forward to maintain balance and reduce strain on knees. For uphill sections, shorten your stride slightly and place the poles ahead to assist propulsion; for downhill stretches, use the poles to absorb impact and stabilize descent. After use, clean dirt from the tip and shaft and allow the poles to dry before storage to preserve performance.

Recommendations

Choose poles of the correct length for your height and intended terrain; although fixed at 175 cm, these carbon poles are best for taller hikers or those who prefer a longer support. Use rubber tip covers on paved surfaces to protect the tips and reduce noise. Inspect the shaft and grip regularly for damage and avoid heavy side loads that could stress the carbon material.
