Valotusmittari Sekonic L-208 Twinmate

The Sekonic L-208 Twinmate is a compact, lightweight analog incident/reflected shoe-mount light meter designed for quick exposure readings. It offers a wide exposure range with half-stop increments, an easy-to-read analog display and a small form factor that makes it suitable for handheld use or mounting on a camera hot shoe using the supplied accessory shoe adapter. The meter is powered by a CR2032 battery and includes a strap, carrying case and accessory mounting shoe.

Advantages

The L-208 Twinmate provides fast, straightforward exposure readings in both incident and reflected modes with a 33-degree acceptance angle for reflected measurements. Its hold-and-read function locks a reading for 15 seconds to allow extended evaluation, and the device covers shutter speeds from 30 seconds to 1/8000, apertures from f/1.4 to f/32, and ISO settings from 12 to 12500 in half-stop steps. The unit is pocketable and lightweight, making it convenient as a primary compact meter or as a backup ambient meter.

Suitable for

• Handheld incident light measurements for still photography
• Reflected-light exposure checks when mounted on a camera hot shoe
• Beginners learning exposure and photographers needing a compact backup meter
• On-location shoots where portability and quick readings are important

For reflected readings, mount the meter on the camera hot shoe or hold it aimed at the subject within the 33-degree acceptance angle and take the reading. Use the meter’s scale and controls to set the corresponding shutter speed, aperture and ISO on your camera according to the reading. Replace the CR2032 battery when the readouts become dim or unreliable.
