Valvontakamera BCS POINT BCS-P-TIP14FSR5(2) IP-kamera

The BCS POINT BCS-P-TIP14FSR5(2) IP Camera is a 4MP surveillance camera engineered for continuous video monitoring in residential and commercial environments. It captures high-resolution imagery to help identify details and supports infrared night vision for clear footage in low-light or no-light conditions. The camera is built with a weatherproof housing suitable for outdoor mounting while remaining appropriate for indoor installations. Integrated motion detection and remote access features enable event-triggered recording and live viewing from compatible network devices.

Advantages

This IP camera delivers 4MP resolution for improved image detail compared with standard-definition devices, enabling clearer identification of faces and objects. Infrared LEDs provide night vision capability, maintaining visibility after dark. The weatherproof enclosure protects the unit from rain and dust, allowing reliable operation outdoors. Built-in motion detection reduces unnecessary recording and supports efficient storage use, while network connectivity enables remote monitoring and management.

Suitable for

• Perimeter monitoring of homes, yards and building entrances
• Indoor surveillance of offices, retail spaces and common areas
• Parking lots and driveways requiring nighttime visibility
• Remote property monitoring with mobile or desktop access

Key specifications

• Image sensor and resolution: 4MP video capture for detailed footage
• Low-light performance: Infrared LEDs for night vision
• Environmental protection: Weatherproof housing for outdoor use
• Detection capabilities: Built-in motion detection for event triggering
• Connectivity: Network (IP) access for remote live view and management

How to use

Install the camera on a stable surface or mounting bracket at the desired viewing angle, ensuring the lens has an unobstructed field of view. Connect the camera to your network following the manufacturer's network configuration procedures and power it according to the included instructions. Use the supplied software or a compatible network video recorder (NVR) to add the camera, configure resolution and encoding settings, and enable motion detection zones if required. Verify night vision operation by checking IR functionality in low-light conditions.

Recommendations

Position the camera approximately 2.5–4 metres above ground for typical entrance monitoring to balance field of view and facial identification. Regularly clean the lens and check seals to maintain image quality and weather resistance. Configure motion detection sensitivity and recording schedules to reduce false alarms and optimize storage use. Ensure firmware is kept up to date and secure network access with strong passwords and, where available, encrypted connections.
