How to use

Mount the camera at the desired location using appropriate fixing hardware, ensuring the 2.8 mm lens covers the required field of view. Connect the camera to your IP network via Ethernet; if supported, use Power over Ethernet (PoE) for combined power and data over a single cable. Configure network settings and video parameters through the camera's web interface or your NVR software, adjusting resolution, frame rate, and exposure settings for optimal image quality. Test night-view performance and adjust mounting angle to avoid direct light sources entering the lens.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, place the camera under a shelter or use a compatible weatherproof housing for exposed outdoor installations. Regularly update firmware and configure secure network access. Use an NVR or cloud storage with scheduled recording and motion detection to reduce storage requirements while maintaining important footage.
