Vapaasti seisova räkki Digitus DN-31122 800x1000 mm 42U 800 kg

The DIGITUS Unique Series freestanding rack DN-31122 (800 x 1000 mm, 42U) is a ready-mounted network cabinet designed in Germany for demanding IT infrastructure. Constructed from up to 1.5 mm sheet steel and finished in grey (RAL 7035) or jet black (RAL 9005), the rack includes adjustable feet, two pairs of galvanized 19" profile rails with readable RU markings, and an offset removable roof cover with ventilation slits. The cabinet supports a maximum load of 800 kg and a maximum mounting depth of 943 mm while providing easy access through its open-frame modular design and removable side panels.

Advantages

The rack offers flexible cable entry options with roof and floor brush inlets, a sliding cable entry with foam rubber seal, and integrated brush management panels for tidy cabling. Its open-frame design without fixed doors or side walls (modular, lockable or removable) simplifies equipment installation and maintenance. The roof construction accommodates a fan unit with an unmountable lid for improved airflow, and vertical cable channels (for 800 mm width) and adjustable-depth rails enhance installation adaptability.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data closets requiring a 42U freestanding cabinet
• Network and telecommunications equipment installation
• Environments needing organized cable management and airflow
• Applications that require a load capacity up to 800 kg

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on a stable, level surface and adjust the feet for correct leveling. Install equipment on the 19" profile rails, adjusting the rail depth as needed to match device mounting depth (max 943 mm). Route cables through the roof or floor brush inlets or the sliding cable entry with foam rubber seal; use the provided brush management panels and vertical cable channels to organize cabling. If additional cooling is required, mount a fan module in the roof area using the removable lid and ventilation slits designed for easy fan installation. Lock or remove side panels and doors as needed to gain access during installation and maintenance.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow and cable management, distribute heavy equipment evenly and use the adjustable rail depth and vertical cable channels to maintain clear airflow paths. Secure all mounted devices and verify the cabinet remains within the specified maximum load of 800 kg.
