Varoitusmerkki IWH 097604, 50 x 50 x 0,5 mm, heijastava turvamerkki

IWH Warning Sign model 097604 is a compact reflective safety marker sized 50 x 50 x 0.5 mm. The marker is intended for situations where space is limited and a slim, easily mounted visual warning is required. Its reflective surface increases visibility in low-light conditions, making it suitable for marking hazards, equipment edges, or restricted zones on machinery, vehicles, and in workshops.

Advantages

The sign combines a low-profile 0.5 mm design with reflective material to provide unobtrusive yet effective visibility. Its small square shape and thin profile enable secure mounting on flat surfaces without significantly altering equipment clearance. The reflective finish enhances detection by vehicle headlights and task lighting, improving safety where a full-sized sign is impractical.

Key specifications

How to use

Clean and degrease the target flat surface before mounting. Position the sign at the required location ensuring it is aligned with the edge or area to be highlighted. Fix the marker using appropriate adhesive or mechanical fasteners compatible with the mounting surface and the sign’s thin profile. For vehicle use, choose a location that is regularly exposed to light sources for optimal reflectivity.

Recommendations

For long-term effectiveness, inspect mounted signs periodically for contamination or damage and clean reflective surfaces using a soft cloth and mild detergent. Replace the marker if the reflective coating becomes scratched or worn to maintain visibility. When mounting on painted or treated surfaces, verify compatibility of adhesives and follow manufacturer guidance for surface preparation.
