Vasara niittipistooli Stanley FATMAX FMHT81394-9 10 mm niitin pituus

The Stanley FATMAX FMHT81394-9 hammer tacker is a mechanical fastening tool designed for rapid, repetitive stapling. Built with a durable metal body and a comfortable grip, it accepts staples with a 10 mm leg length and delivers consistent penetration for securing materials such as fabrics, felts, insulation, and light sheeting. The tool’s weight and striking action make it suitable for overhead and horizontal applications where speed and ease of use are required.

Advantages

The hammer tacker provides fast, one-handed operation that reduces job time compared with separate stapling and hammering steps. Its robust construction resists bending and wear under frequent use, while the ergonomically shaped handle absorbs shock and improves control. The device offers reliable staple feeding and placement, reducing misfires and jams during continuous work.

How to use

Hold the tacker by the grip with your dominant hand and position the nose against the material to be fastened. Swing the tool with a controlled striking motion so that the impact drives the staple through the material and into the substrate. Align successive strikes for consistent spacing and avoid striking at extreme angles to ensure correct staple penetration. For thicker materials, check staple seating and adjust striking force as needed.

Recommendations

Use compatible 10 mm leg staples rated for the substrates you are fastening. Wear safety glasses and gloves when working to prevent eye and hand injuries from ricocheted staples or handling. Inspect the tacker regularly for worn parts or loose fasteners and keep the staple magazine clean to maintain reliable feeding.
