Vedonpoisto RJ45-liittimelle DeLOCK 86727

Strain relief for RJ45 plug DeLOCK 86727 is a grey rubber boot designed to protect the cable end and the RJ45 plug from abrasion and mechanical damage. Supplied in packs of 20 pieces, each boot supports secure termination by reinforcing the cable entry and reducing risk of connector failure from bending or pulling.

Advantages

The DeLOCK strain relief is made of durable rubber that resists wear and provides flexible support at the cable-plug junction. Its compact dimensions (15 mm width, 28 mm depth, 14 mm height) make it compatible with standard RJ45 plugs while maintaining a low profile. Sold in a set of 20 pieces to service multiple cables or installations.

Suitable for

• Protecting Ethernet cables terminated with RJ45 plugs
• Network patch panels, wall ports and field cable assemblies
• Environments where cable bending or tensile stress is likely

How to use

After the plug is crimped, position the rubber boot so it covers the cable exit and the rear of the plug to provide reinforcement against bending and pulling.

Recommendations

To ensure long-term protection, check that the boot fits the specific cable diameter and that the RJ45 plug is fully crimped. Replace any boots showing cracks or excessive wear; keep spare pieces from the pack available for maintenance.
