Verkkokaapeli DeLOCK M12 kaapeli D-koodattu 4-napainen uros - uros PUR (TPU) 5 m

The DeLOCK M12 Cable D-coded is a 4‑pin male‑to‑male industrial Ethernet cable designed for reliable data transmission in machine control and automation environments. The 5 m cable features a polyurethane (PUR/TPU) outer sheath and is suitable for use where mechanical stress and exposure to oil or UV are present.

Advantages

This M12 cable supports D‑coding for Ethernet applications and is manufactured for robust industrial use. The PUR (TPU) sheath provides oil and UV resistance while maintaining flexibility. The cable is processed to withstand up to 10 million bending cycles, making it suitable for continuous motion applications and harsh environments. The design ensures stable connections between devices with M12 connectors.

Suitable for

• Connecting machine control components
• Automation systems and sensors with M12 connectors
• Applications requiring drag chain compatibility
• Industrial networking in oil‑exposed or UV‑exposed areas

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: DELOCK
• Type: M12 D‑coded 4‑pin male to male
• Cable length: 5 m
• Sheath material: PUR (TPU)
• Drag chain suitability: up to 10 million bending cycles

How to use

Connect the male M12 connectors to the corresponding female M12 ports on devices such as controllers, sensors or switches. Ensure connectors are correctly aligned and tightened to the recommended torque for M12 connections to maintain a secure, vibration‑resistant link. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and excessive crushing; if used in a drag chain, verify installation follows the chain manufacturer’s guidelines.

Recommendations

For long service life, avoid frequent kinking and maintain a bending radius according to the application requirements; inspect connectors and sheath periodically for wear when used in harsh industrial environments.
