Verkkokaapeli DeLOCK M12 -kaapeli X-koodattu 8-napainen uros naaras Cat5e 1 m musta

This industrial Ethernet cable by DELOCK connects devices with M12 connectors for machine control, automation and other industrial networking applications. The cable is X-coded with an 8-pin male-to-female configuration, supports Cat5e performance and features S/FTP (S-STP) shielding for improved signal integrity. The black PVC jacket provides mechanical protection and long-term reliability.

Advantages

The X-coded 8-pin M12 design enables high-speed data transmission in compact industrial environments. S/FTP (S-STP) shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, helping to maintain stable network connections. The 1 m length and male-to-female configuration allow straightforward inline connections between components with M12 ports. A robust black PVC outer jacket offers resistance to abrasion and general industrial wear.

Suitable for

• Machine control systems
• Industrial automation networks
• Fieldbus and Ethernet device interconnection
• Sensor and actuator cabling with M12 ports

How to use

Connect the male M12 connector to the output port of one device and the female M12 connector to the corresponding input port of another device, ensuring correct alignment of the X-coded key. Tighten the connector coupling to secure the connection and maintain shielding continuity. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; observe device-specific installation instructions and safety requirements when deploying in industrial environments.

Recommendations

Use this DELOCK M12 X-coded Cat5e cable for short interconnections (1 m) in industrial control and automation setups. For longer distances or higher bandwidth requirements, consider appropriate Cat6/Cat6A solutions or longer M12 X-coded cables. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or damage and replace the cable if mechanical or electrical integrity is compromised.
