Verkkokaapeli DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6 2 m harmaa

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6 network cable (2 m, grey) is an ultra slim U/UTP patch cable for connecting networking devices such as NICs, switches or patch panels. It supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and has gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to ensure reliable contact and reduced signal loss. The thin, lightweight design allows space-saving and tidy cabling in cabinets and tight installations.

Advantages

The ultra slim construction provides high flexibility and a smaller cable diameter compared with standard patch cables, which simplifies cable management in dense racks and limited spaces. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact quality. U/UTP shielding enhances performance in typical office and home environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch
• Patch panel to switch connections in rack cabinets
• Short horizontal runs in office or home networks
• Installations where space-saving and flexible cabling is required

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Shielding: U/UTP
• Colour: Grey
• Maximum data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of the device (for example a NIC) and the other connector into the switch, patch panel or router. Route the cable through cable ducts or along rack rails taking advantage of its slim profile to reduce bend radius issues. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks; keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. Use this 2 m Cat.6 ultra slim cable for short-to-medium runs within cabinets or between nearby devices.
