Verkkokaapeli DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6 5 m sininen

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6 network cable, 5 m in blue, is an ultra slim U/UTP patch cable for connecting network devices such as NICs, switches or patch panels. It supports up to 1000 Mbit/s data transfer and is fitted with RJ‑45 connectors featuring gold plating for reliable contact. The thin cable diameter enables space-saving cabling in network cabinets and flexible routing in home or office environments.

Advantages

The ultra slim design provides higher flexibility and a smaller, lighter cable than standard patch leads while maintaining Cat.6 performance. U/UTP construction reduces interference for stable connections. Gold‑plated RJ‑45 contacts improve conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the 5 m length covers typical desk-to-switch distances.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer NIC to a switch or router
• Patch panel to switch connections in network cabinets with limited space
• Home and small office network cabling where flexible, slim cables are required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ‑45 – RJ‑45
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Colour: Blue
• Contact plating: gold

How to use

Insert the RJ‑45 connector into the Ethernet port of the device and the corresponding port on the switch, router or patch panel until it clicks. Route the cable using cable management in the cabinet or along desks to avoid strain and sharp bends. For optimal performance keep the cable away from large sources of electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, avoid repeated tight bending and do not stretch the cable. Use the ultra slim Cat.6 cable for typical Ethernet connections up to 1 Gbit/s; for multi-gigabit requirements consider higher-category cables.
