Verkkokaapeli DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A 1 m musta

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A network cable, 1 m in length and black, is designed for reliable wired connections between network devices such as NICs, switches or patch panels. It complies with Cat6A performance and uses S/FTP shielding with RJ45 connectors on both ends for stable high-speed data transmission. The cable jacket is made of PUR (polyurethane reactive), which increases resistance to UV light, cold, moisture and dirt while providing good tensile strength and flexibility, making it suitable for demanding environments including outdoor installations.

Advantages

The PUR jacket provides enhanced durability and environmental resistance compared with standard PVC jackets, offering protection against UV exposure, low temperatures, moisture and contamination. S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk to support consistent signal quality. The 1 m length and standard RJ45 connectors ensure compatibility with common networking equipment while the Cat6A specification supports higher data rates and improved performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting network interface cards (NICs) to switches or patch panels
• Outdoor or exposed routing where UV, moisture or low temperatures are a concern
• Short runs in server rooms, office desks, or industrial installations

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6A
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cable jacket: PUR (polyurethane reactive)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector into the corresponding port on the devices to be connected until the latch clicks. Route the cable along a secure path avoiding sharp bends and excessive tensile stress. For outdoor installations, secure and protect connection points from direct water ingress and mechanical strain; ensure that cable entries are sealed where they pass through walls or enclosures.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-power electrical lines to minimise interference. Inspect the PUR jacket periodically for damage in harsh outdoor or industrial environments and replace the cable if the shielding or jacket is compromised.
