Verkkokaapeli Digitus CAT 6 U/UTP LSZH 0,25 m

Future-oriented standards and high-end quality for your network. The DIGITUS Category 6 Class E patch cord is designed and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 6 specifications, offering performance up to 250 MHz with characteristics such as near-end crosstalk (NEXT). The cable uses copper conductors and is PoE+ ready. A transparent red connector enables quick identification of Category 6 patch cords, while the LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath ensures improved fire behaviour and low smoke emissions.

Advantages

The patch cord provides verified Category 6 performance up to 250 MHz and compliance with ISO & EN channel requirements. Molded boots include kink protection, strain relief and latch protection to reduce risk of connector damage. LSZH outer sheath reduces smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire. Transparent red plugs simplify visual identification of Category 6 cabling.

Key specifications

• Category: Category 6 / Class E
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, DIN EN 50173
• Frequency range: up to 250 MHz
• Conductor material: Copper (Cu)
• Sheath: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Connector colour: Transparent red
• PoE support: PoE+
• Features: Molded boot with kink protection, strain relief and latch protection

How to use

Insert the RJ45 connector into the corresponding Category 6 socket until the latch clicks. Ensure the cable is routed without sharp bends and the molded boot remains unobstructed to maintain strain relief. Use LSZH cabling in areas where low smoke and halogen-free materials are required. Verify network performance after installation according to your site testing procedures.

Recommendations

For optimal system performance, deploy DIGITUS Category 6 patch cords within a complete Category 6 channel and follow the installation guidelines of ISO/EN standards. Store and handle cables to avoid kinks and mechanical stress; select LSZH versions for installations in confined or public spaces where reduced smoke emission is advantageous.
