Verkkokaapeli Digitus Cat.7 S/FTP Simplex Dca-s1a d1 a1 25m oranssi

The Digitus Cat.7 S/FTP installation cable is a 25 m orange network cable designed for structured building cabling. With S/FTP shielding and a conductor structure of 4x2x AWG23/1, the cable supports transmission frequencies up to 1200 MHz and is suitable for high-speed data applications including 10GBase-T. The halogen-free sheath meets IEC 60332-3-24 and low-smoke, zero-halogen classifications (FRNC-C, LSZH-3) and the cable conforms to Euroclass Dca requirements.

Advantages

The cable provides high transmission frequency and robust S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. Its construction is Permanent Link certified and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE). Fire-safety ratings and halogen-free materials ensure compliance with building regulations and safer performance in case of fire. The orange colour aids identification in installations.

Suitable for

• Structured building cabling in secondary and tertiary areas
• High-speed data networks including 10GBase-T
• Professional network installations requiring PoE support
• Environments where low-smoke, halogen-free cabling is required

How to use

Install the cable as part of a structured cabling system, terminating both ends with appropriate Cat.7-compatible connectors or modules according to project requirements. Route and fix the cable following local installation practices and building codes, avoiding sharp bends and excessive strain. Test the Permanent Link after termination to verify performance up to the specified frequency.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.7 S/FTP cable in professional installations with correct shielding continuity and compliant connectors; maintain bend radius and separation from strong power lines during installation.
