Verkkokaapeli DIGITUS CAT6 U-UTP ohut, 3 m, vihreä, 10 kpl:n pakkaus

DIGITUS CAT6 U-UTP Slim patch cable, 3 m, green, pack of 10 provides CAT6 performance in a reduced-diameter U-UTP cable designed for Gigabit Ethernet and dense cabling environments. The slim 2.7 mm cable jacket and flexible stranded conductors allow tidy routing in patch panels, switch cabinets and wall outlets while supporting transmission up to 1 Gbit/s at 250 MHz. Each cable includes a molded strain relief and locking lever protection to reduce connector stress and prolong service life. Cables are supplied as a set of ten in DIGITUS hangtag packaging for use in office, data centre and home networks.

Advantages

The slim outer diameter and flexible jacket make these CAT6 U-UTP patch cables easy to install in confined spaces and high-density racks without compromising on standard-compliant performance. Stranded AWG 32/7 bare copper conductors ensure flexibility and support for PoE and PoE+ applications. Manufactured to ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173 CAT6 specifications, the cables offer reliable electrical properties and mechanical durability for structured cabling installations.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections between switches, patch panels and endpoints
• High-density rack and patch-panel installations where space-saving cable routing is required
• Office networks, small data centres and residential network setups
• PoE and PoE+ powered devices such as IP phones, access points and cameras

How to use

Route the 3 m DIGITUS CAT6 U-UTP Slim cable from the network device to the patch panel, switch or wall outlet, inserting the RJ45 plug until the locking tab clicks into place. Use the molded strain relief to reduce stress at the connector and avoid sharp bends near the plug; maintain the recommended bending radius during installation. For patching in high-density areas, group and route cables along cable management channels or rear panel guides to preserve airflow and maintain tidy cabling. If disconnecting, press the locking lever and pull the plug straight out to avoid leverage on the connector.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, avoid exceeding the 3 m length for specific short links where needed, and maintain separation from high-voltage power cables to reduce interference. Use cable management accessories in racks and patch panels to prevent tight bends and mechanical strain. The LSZH jacket permits use in indoor installations where low smoke and halogen-free properties are required.
