Verkkokaapeli EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/STP Cat6a 3 m keltainen

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/STP Cat6a networking cable (3 m, yellow) provides reliable wired connectivity for home and office networks. It uses S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair) construction and TIA/EIA 568B wiring to support high-speed data transmission and reduce electromagnetic interference. The cable terminates in two Hirose TM31 connectors and is halogen-free for safer use in enclosed spaces.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable offers improved signal integrity and reduced crosstalk compared with unshielded alternatives, ensuring consistent performance at higher bandwidths. The halogen-free jacket lowers the risk of toxic fumes in case of fire, and the yellow jacket improves visibility and simplifies cable management. The 3 m length balances reach and tidiness for typical workstation and small-network layouts.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches and routers within offices or home networks
• High-speed data links for VoIP phones and networked peripherals
• Short to medium runs in structured cabling where shielded Cat6a performance is required

Key specifications

• Connector type: 2 x Hirose TM31
• Category: Cat6a (S/FTP)
• Wiring: TIA/EIA 568B coded
• Cable length: 3 m
• Product colour: Yellow
• Halogen-free jacket

How to use

Plug each Hirose TM31 connector securely into the corresponding RJ45 ports on network devices, following TIA/EIA 568B termination patterns if performing custom terminations. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable management accessories while maintaining the manufacturer's recommended bend radius.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short to medium horizontal runs and connections requiring shielded performance; avoid exposing the cable to excessive mechanical stress or moisture to preserve signal integrity and the halogen-free jacket properties.
