Verkkokaapeli EFB Elektronik RJ45 U/UTP Cat.5e RJ-45 Cat5e 3 m keltainen

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 U/UTP Cat.5e networking cable is a 3 m yellow cable with RJ-45 plugs on both ends, designed to meet Cat5e performance for typical home and office Ethernet connections. The cable uses U/UTP construction and TIA/EIA 568B wiring to ensure compatible pinout and stable data transfer. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and reduce signal loss.

Advantages

This Cat5e cable provides reliable data transmission for Fast Ethernet and many Gigabit applications within standard installation conditions. The unshielded U/UTP design offers flexible routing and easy handling, while the bright yellow jacket improves cable identification. Compliance with TIA/EIA 568B wiring and gold-plated contacts help ensure consistent connector performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home or small office networks
• Patch panel to switch or wall socket connections
• Temporary or permanent structured cabling where Cat5e performance is sufficient

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Standard: Cat5e (TIA/EIA)
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Wiring: TIA/EIA 568B coded
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Color: Yellow

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on network devices (computers, switches, routers or wall outlets). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Use the cable for patching network equipment or linking devices within the 3 m length limit. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference and avoid running it parallel to mains power cables for long distances. If you require higher bandwidth or future-proofing, consider Cat6 or higher-rated cables.
