Verkkokaapeli Equip Cat.5e SF/UTP RJ-45 10 m keltainen

The Equip Cat.5e SF/UTP Patch Cable is a 10 m network cable designed for reliable wired connections in structured cabling and local area networks. It is manufactured to meet the EIA/TIA 568-B.2 channel standard and features RJ-45 connectors with gold plating for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance. The SF/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference to support stable data transmission at 10/100/1000Base-T(X) speeds and the yellow jacket helps identify the cable within installations.

Advantages

SF/UTP shielding provides improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables, while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer consistent contact quality and longer connector life. Compliance with EIA/TIA 568-B.2 ensures compatibility with standard structured cabling systems, and the 10 m length covers common patching distances in racks and cabinets.

Suitable for

• Horizontal and vertical patching in data cabinets and racks
• Gigabit Ethernet connections (10/100/1000Base-T(X))
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: SF/UTP
• Colour: Yellow
• Weight: 0.288 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router or patch panel) and the other RJ-45 connector to the target device or port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the retaining clip clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, excessive tension and sources of strong electromagnetic noise. For installations with shielding continuity requirements, verify proper grounding according to site standards.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short to medium patching distances in structured cabling systems and maintain bending radius and grounding practices to preserve signal performance and shielding effectiveness.
