Verkkokaapeli helos 333106 RJ-45 M - RJ-45 M 7.5 m S/FTP CAT 6a

helos 333106 is a 7.5 m S/FTP CAT 6a patch cable with RJ-45 male connectors at both ends, engineered for high-speed wired network links. The cable uses individually shielded twisted pairs plus an overall shield to minimise electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity at higher frequencies. It is intended for connecting switches, routers, patch panels and network devices in home, office and small data-centre environments where CAT 6a performance is required.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction reduces crosstalk and external EMI, supporting stable throughput for gigabit and 10-gigabit Ethernet over the specified distance. RJ-45 male connectors ensure straightforward plug-and-play installation into standard network ports. The 7.5 m length provides flexibility for typical rack-to-desk and equipment-to-patch-panel routing while keeping cable runs neat and manageable.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers in wired LANs
• Patch-panel to network device links in office or server racks
• High-speed desktop connections for PCs and workstations
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with foil-shielded individual pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 male to RJ-45 male
• Length: 7.5 m
• Suitable for: Gigabit Ethernet and 10GBASE-T over supported distances
• Conductor type: multi-core twisted pairs

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 male connector into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable run; maintain a bend radius recommended for Ethernet cables to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. Route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible and use appropriate cable management for neat installation. For testing and verification, use a network tester or verify link status LEDs on connected devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this S/FTP CAT 6a cable for runs up to its specified length in structured cabling environments and pair it with shielded network components where system grounding and shield termination are provided. Avoid running alongside high-voltage power lines and inspect connectors periodically for secure seating.
