Verkkokaapeli ShiverPeaks BS75111-0.25S musta 0,25 m

The ShiverPeaks BS75111-0.25S Black 0.25m is a short networking cable engineered for reliable local connections. Built to the Cat5e specification with F/UTP shielding and terminated with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this 0.25 metre cable provides a compact, low-interference link for data, voice or small-network connections in confined spaces. Its black jacket helps keep installations discreet and compatible with standard Ethernet equipment.

Advantages

F/UTP shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference from nearby cables and equipment, supporting stable data transmission at Cat5e performance levels. The pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors enable plug-and-play use without additional tooling. The short 0.25 m length reduces cable clutter and signal attenuation in close-proximity connections, while the durable outer sheath offers basic mechanical protection suitable for indoor use.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in tight racks, patch panels or desktop setups
• Short links between switches, patch panels and wall outlets
• Point-to-point connections for IP phones, access points or small NAS units
• Temporary test setups and equipment bench connections

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield around all pairs, unshielded pairs twisted)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 0.25 m
• Color: Black
• Intended use: Indoor networking

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the appropriate Ethernet ports on the devices you wish to connect, ensuring secure seating in the jack until the latch clicks. Use the cable for short interconnections where a compact, shielded link is required. Avoid sharp bends and excessive strain; maintain the cable’s bend radius recommended for twisted-pair cabling to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat5e F/UTP cable in environments where moderate EMI may be present and where short, tidy connections are required. Keep the cable away from high-voltage power runs and avoid frequent flexing. For longer runs, select a cable with an appropriate length and consider higher-category cabling if greater bandwidth or future-proofing is needed.
