Verkkokaapeli Telegärtner MP8 FS 100-3.0 musta 3 m Cat5e F/UTP

The Telegärtner MP8 FS 100-3.0 Black is a 3 meter networking cable built to support reliable Ethernet connections. Meeting Cat5e specification with F/UTP shielding, this cable reduces external electromagnetic interference while maintaining stable data transfer. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors for straightforward connection to routers, switches, network interface cards and other Ethernet-enabled equipment. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance for home or office installations.

Advantages

This Cat5e F/UTP cable provides consistent performance for Fast Ethernet and many Gigabit applications where Cat5e is appropriate. The foil-shielded twisted pair construction helps to lower crosstalk and protect the signal from nearby sources of interference. Pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure quick plug-and-play installation without the need for termination tools. The 3 m length balances flexibility and reach for typical desktop-to-wall outlet and rack-to-equipment connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops and printers to network outlets
• Patch connections between switches, patch panels and routers
• Home and small office Ethernet installations requiring shielded cabling
• Temporary or semi-permanent setups in server cabinets and network racks

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield around all pairs with unshielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 3 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Black
• Applications: Ethernet networking, data transmission up to Cat5e performance levels

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the Ethernet port of your device and the other to a compatible port on a router, switch or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee a stable mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and prolonged compression; maintain a gentle bend radius to preserve signal integrity. For shielded installations, follow local grounding practices if required by your network environment.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short- to medium-length patching and device connections where Cat5e performance and F/UTP shielding are sufficient. For demanding environments with high electromagnetic interference or future-proofing for higher speeds, consider using higher-category shielded cables (Cat6/6a) where appropriate. Inspect connectors before use and replace the cable if the jacket or connector latch is damaged.
