Video/audio-SCART-sovitin ShiverPeaks 94035-G, 3 Cinch (komposiitti audio/kuva)

ShiverPeaks 94035-G is a SCART adapter that converts a SCART connection to three RCA jacks for composite video and stereo audio. It enables connection between SCART-equipped devices such as televisions, VCRs and DVD players and devices that use RCA (composite) connectors, carrying a single composite video signal (yellow) and two audio channels (red and white). The adapter includes a switch for IN/OUT signal selection and features gold-plated contacts for improved contact reliability and reduced corrosion.

Advantages

The adapter supports simple analog signal routing between legacy AV equipment without requiring complex configuration, making it suitable for connecting older devices. Gold-plated contacts help maintain signal integrity by lowering contact resistance and resisting oxidation. The integrated IN/OUT switch provides straightforward direction control for the composite and audio signals, allowing flexible use in different setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting SCART-equipped TVs to external DVD players or VCRs with RCA outputs
• Routing composite video and stereo audio signals between legacy devices
• Temporary AV setups for testing or troubleshooting older equipment

Key specifications

• Connector types: SCART to 3 × RCA (composite video + stereo audio)
• Signal supported: composite video and two-channel analog audio
• Switch: IN/OUT selector for signal direction
• Contact finish: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Cable/plug form factor: compact adapter for direct connection between SCART and RCA

How to use

Insert the SCART end of the ShiverPeaks 94035-G into the SCART socket of the source or display device. Connect the yellow RCA plug to the composite video jack and the red and white RCA plugs to the right and left audio jacks on the other device. Set the adapter switch to the required IN or OUT position depending on whether the SCART device is acting as source or display. Power on the connected devices and select the appropriate AV input on the display if necessary.

Recommendations

Use short, well-shielded RCA cables when possible to minimize interference. Ensure firm, dust-free connections and set the switch correctly to avoid signal routing errors. This adapter is intended for analog composite and stereo audio signals; it does not carry digital audio or higher-definition video formats.
