Videopuhelinjärjestelmä VIDOS S10 — ulkoasema videopuhelimella ja ovikellolla

VIDOS S10 outdoor panel is a compact video door panel designed for building entry control. It integrates a video intercom and doorbell in a weather-resistant housing suitable for outdoor installation. The panel provides visual communication with visitors, a doorbell call function and basic access management features, making it suitable for residential entrances, apartment blocks and small commercial premises where identification and remote answering are required.

Advantages

The unit combines camera, microphone, speaker and call button in a single compact module that simplifies installation and reduces visible equipment on the facade. Its construction is intended for outdoor use with materials and design that protect the electronics from rain and dust. Video functionality allows visual identification of visitors before granting access, while audio intercom enables two-way communication. The doorbell call feature provides a familiar and straightforward way for guests to announce their arrival.

Suitable for

• Residential buildings and private homes for visitor identification and access control
• Apartment blocks and multi-flat entrances requiring remote answering
• Small offices, retail premises and service points with a single entry door
• Locations where a compact, surface-mounted outdoor intercom is needed

Key specifications

• Functionality: video intercom with doorbell call and two-way audio communication
• Installation: outdoor surface mount suitable for wall mounting at entrances
• Construction: weather-resistant housing designed for exterior exposure
• Connectivity: interfaces for integration with indoor monitors and door release systems (wiring required)
• Power: low-voltage supply compatible with typical intercom power sources (check compatibility before installation)

How to use

Mount the VIDOS S10 outdoor panel at the entrance at a height appropriate for visitor access and according to local wiring regulations. Connect the panel to the building’s intercom system and power supply following the manufacturer’s wiring scheme. When a visitor presses the doorbell, the indoor monitor receives a call and the user can view the visitor on the monitor display and speak via the two-way audio. If the system is equipped with an electric door release, the user can unlock the door remotely from the indoor unit after confirming the visitor’s identity.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, install the panel under a small canopy or sheltered location to reduce direct exposure to heavy rain. Use approved low-voltage cabling and follow local electrical and building codes. Periodically check seals and mounting hardware and keep the camera lens and call button free of debris to maintain clear audio and video performance.
