• Extending freshness of sparkling wines and champagne between pours

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium body with sealing components
• Operation: manual hand pump (no electricity required)
• Compatibility: standard wine and champagne bottle necks
• Dimensions: compact portable design suitable for countertop storage
• Weight: lightweight for easy handling

How to use

Place the pump over the bottle neck with the sealing stopper fitted, then operate the hand pump to extract air until resistance indicates sufficient vacuum. After pumping, close the stopper and check that the seal holds. To pour, release the stopper according to the stopper design and reapply the pump if you want to preserve remaining contents. Clean the external surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and follow manufacturer guidance for any removable sealing parts.

Recommendations

For best preservation, use the pump immediately after opening the bottle and avoid prolonged transport under vacuum. Do not use excessive force when pumping; stop when resistance rises to prevent damage to the stopper or bottle seal. Regularly inspect sealing components for wear and replace them if the vacuum no longer holds.
