Viivain Wedo 525430 300 mm alumiini hopea

The WEDO 525430 300 mm aluminium ruler combines a lightweight aluminium body with a steel inlay cutting edge on the cutting side and non-slip rubber strips for stable handling. Its 300 mm length and silver finish make it suitable for accurate measuring and as a straight edge for cutting tasks.

Advantages

Durable aluminium construction resists bending while remaining lightweight. The steel inlay on the cutting side protects the ruler edge during cutting and improves longevity. Non-slip rubber strips help keep the ruler in place for precise measurements and safer cutting.

Suitable for

• Precise measuring up to 300 mm
• Guiding blades and cutters for straight cuts
• School, office and studio drawing or drafting tasks
• Hobby and model-making projects requiring a stable straight edge

How to use

Place the ruler on the work surface with the rubber strips down to prevent slipping. For measuring, align the zero mark with the measurement start and read the scale at the required point. For cutting, position the ruler so the steel inlay faces the blade, apply gentle downward pressure to keep it steady, and run the cutter along the ruler edge in a single controlled motion.

Recommendations

To preserve the steel inlay and rubber strips, avoid excessive lateral force and store the ruler flat in a dry place. Clean the aluminium surface and rubber strips with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage markings or finish.
