Vinssi Einhell TC-WI 800 800 kg

The Einhell TC-WI 800 winch is designed for lifting and pulling tasks with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg. It is equipped with a 20 m steel cable of 4.8 mm diameter, mounted on a compact drum assembly that can be integrated into trailers, small vehicles, workshop rigs or stationary lifting points. The construction emphasizes mechanical strength and practical mounting options for both occasional DIY use and regular workshop tasks.

Advantages

The winch offers a clear rated capacity of 800 kg and a long 20 m cable that supports a range of lifting and pulling distances without frequent re-rigging. The 4.8 mm steel cable provides durability and resistance to abrasion during repeated use. The compact and robust housing enables straightforward installation and protection of moving parts, while mechanical components are designed for reliable operation in varied conditions.

Suitable for

• Lifting and lowering small machinery and engines
• Pulling vehicles or trailers onto ramps
• Workshop rigging and material handling
• Outdoor tasks requiring a portable manual winch

Key specifications

• Maximum load capacity: 800 kg
• Cable length: 20 m
• Cable diameter: 4.8 mm
• Drum-mounted cable design for controlled winding
• Compact housing suitable for mounting on trailers or rigs

How to use

Secure the winch to a suitable, load-rated mounting point using appropriate bolts or fasteners and ensure the structure can support the stated maximum load. Feed the cable from the drum and attach the hook or shackle to the load using rated lifting points or slings. Operate the winch in accordance with the mechanical control method provided, keeping clear of the cable path and load. Monitor the winding to ensure even spooling on the drum and avoid overlapping that could cause jams. After use, fully retract or securely stow the cable and inspect for wear before subsequent operations.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable and hook for signs of wear, corrosion or kinks before each use; do not exceed the rated 800 kg capacity. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure the load is balanced and secured. Avoid shock loads and side pulls; align the winch and load to reduce lateral forces. Regularly lubricate moving parts as specified by workshop practice and replace the cable if any damage is found.
