Vogel's LED-asennuskisko PLB 3120 2000 mm — LED-asennuskisko 2,0 m

Vogel's LED Mounting Bar PLB 3120 2000mm is a 2.0-metre aluminium rail engineered to provide a straight and stable support for linear LED strips and luminaires. The rail's length and rigid profile help maintain alignment over long spans, simplifying installation of under-cabinet, display, or architectural lighting. It is compatible with standard mounting hardware and can be used to create continuous lighting runs in residential or commercial settings.

Advantages

The mounting bar offers a uniform, flat surface that reduces sagging and ensures consistent positioning of LED fixtures. Its durable construction delivers reliable mechanical support while remaining lightweight for easy handling. The 2.0 m length reduces the number of joints required for long runs, improving visual continuity and simplifying wiring paths. Designed for practical installation, the rail accepts common fixing methods and provides a stable base for linear lighting systems.

Suitable for

• Under-cabinet and kitchen lighting installations
• Retail shelving and display lighting
• Office and corridor linear lighting runs
• Exhibition stands and architectural accent lighting

Key specifications

• Length: 2000 mm
• Material: aluminium profile (rigid construction)
• Finish: corrosion-resistant surface suitable for indoor mounting
• Load purpose: mechanical support for linear LED strips and small luminaires
• Compatibility: accepts standard mounting brackets and fixings for linear lighting

How to use

Measure and mark the mounting positions along the intended run, ensuring the surface is level and capable of bearing the combined weight of the rail and installed fixtures. Secure the rail with appropriate screws or anchors for the substrate, using recommended bracket spacing to prevent deflection. Attach LED strips or luminaires to the rail according to the lighting manufacturer's instructions, route power cabling through approved channels, and make electrical connections following local wiring regulations. Test the installation for secure fixing and correct operation before finalising covers or diffusers.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant screws and anchors appropriate for the mounting substrate, and maintain recommended bracket spacing for runs longer than 1 metre to avoid visible deflection. Verify compatibility between the mounting bar and the chosen LED fixtures, and follow electrical safety standards when connecting power supplies.
