Why choose it

These probes are built for daily professional use. The CAT III 600 V rating ensures safe measurements in fixed installations, such as distribution boards, circuit breakers, and industrial wiring. The 4 mm safety socket accepts standard shrouded test leads, preventing accidental contact with live parts. The nickel-plated brass tips offer low contact resistance and long-term durability, while the PVC insulation provides flexibility and protection against abrasion. The set includes both colours for easy polarity identification.

Ideal use cases

• Voltage and continuity testing in electrical panels
• Measurements on motors, transformers, and industrial controls
• Diagnostics in building installations and switchgear
• Laboratory and test bench applications

Good to know

The MSS-140 probes comply with IEC/EN 61010-031 and are compatible with all standard 4 mm safety test leads. Always verify that the connected test lead and measuring instrument meet the same or higher safety category. The pointed tips are ideal for reaching recessed contacts, but should be used with care to avoid damaging fine conductors.
