Westmark Technicus-Square raastinlevy, ruostumaton terä, musta TPE-kahva, 65×28×325 mm

Flat grater Westmark Technicus-Square with stainless steel grating surface and black thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) handle. Measuring 65×28×325 mm, this hand grater is designed for grating and zesting hard and semi-hard foods such as cheese, chocolate, citrus peel and spices. The stainless steel blade is etched for a sharp, durable cutting edge while the TPE handle provides a comfortable non-slip grip. A hanging loop is integrated for convenient storage.

Advantages

The stainless steel grating surface is etched to provide a super-sharp, long-lasting cutting edge that produces consistent results with minimal effort. The black TPE handle offers a secure, ergonomic grip and reduces hand fatigue during use. Compact flat design and included hanging loop enable easy storage and accessibility. The construction is suitable for regular kitchen tasks where controlled grating or zesting is required.

Suitable for

• Grating medium-hard and hard cheeses
• Zesting citrus peel and grating chocolate
• Rasping dried spices and firm vegetables
• Finishing dishes with a fine or medium-grain texture

Key specifications

• Overall dimensions: 65 mm (width) × 28 mm (depth) × 325 mm (height)
• Blade material: etched stainless steel for enhanced sharpness
• Handle material: thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), non-slip
• Design: flat hand grater with hanging loop

How to use

Hold the grater by the TPE handle and position the food item against the stainless steel grating surface. Apply steady, even pressure and move the food along the blade to achieve the desired coarseness. For citrus zest, use light strokes to avoid removing the bitter white pith. Use the hanging loop to store the grater within reach when not in use. Clean the grating surface carefully after use, following any manufacturer cleaning recommendations.

Recommendations

For best performance, grate firm foods with steady, moderate pressure and avoid twisting motions that could stress the blade or handle. Rinse or brush the blade promptly after use to prevent residue buildup. Store the grater in a dry place using the hanging loop to preserve blade sharpness and handle condition.
