How to use

Install the IWH D2S 35W 85V lamp only into headlight units designed for D2S bulbs and compatible xenon ballasts. Before installation, disconnect the vehicle battery and allow the old bulb and ballast to cool. Handle the lamp by its ceramic base or housing and avoid touching the glass arc tube with bare fingers. Secure the lamp into the bulb holder and reconnect wiring to the ballast following the vehicle manufacturer's guidance. After installation, check beam alignment and adjust the headlight aim if necessary to ensure correct cut-off and to avoid dazzling other road users.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable performance, use the IWH D2S lamp with a matching 35W xenon ballast and ensure the headlight housing and projector optics are intact. Replace bulbs in pairs to maintain uniform color and intensity across both headlights. If there are ignition errors or flickering after installation, inspect ballast compatibility and electrical connections or consult a qualified technician.
