Recommendations

For best results when kneading large or heavy doughs, start at a low speed and gradually increase. When grinding meat, chill meat slightly and cut into small pieces to improve throughput and reduce strain on the motor. Always follow safety guidance in the user manual and avoid immersing the motor unit in water.
