Zebra 2300 vaha-lämpösiirtonauha 74 m musta

The Zebra Wax 5319 printer ribbon is a performance wax ribbon designed for high-quality printing on both coated and uncoated Zebra paper facestocks. It delivers reliable, sharp printing suitable for visible light and infrared scanning, and is recommended for difficult-to-print uncoated and uneven tag stocks, including Tyvek. The ribbon supports print speeds up to 8 inches per second and is UL recognized and CSA component acceptable when used with Z-Xtreme labels. Ribbon specifications include black color, 74 m length, 56.9 mm width (2.24"), and a 1.2 cm core diameter.

Advantages

The wax formulation provides strong print density and clear barcodes on a variety of media while maintaining compatibility with both coated and uncoated facestocks. Its formulation supports infrared scannability in addition to visible printing. The product is recognized by UL and meets CSA component acceptance when paired with Z-Xtreme labels, ensuring suitability for regulated environments. Its ability to print on tough, uneven materials such as Tyvek and tag stocks reduces waste and reprints.

How to use

Install the Zebra Wax 5319 ribbon into a compatible thermal transfer printer (for example TLP 2824 or TLP 2824-Z) following the printer manufacturer’s instructions for ribbon loading and threading. Ensure the ribbon is seated on the core and threaded correctly across the printhead and platen. Select appropriate media settings for coated or uncoated facestocks and set print speed up to 8 in/s as needed for quality. Test print a sample and adjust darkness/heat settings to achieve optimal barcode density and legibility on your chosen label stock.

Recommendations

Use this ribbon with the recommended Zebra media (8000T series, Z-Perform 1000T, Z-Select 2000T) for best adhesion and scannability; when used with Z-Xtreme labels it meets UL and CSA component requirements. For uneven or Tyvek tag stocks, reduce print speed or increase darkness slightly to improve transfer and barcode readability.
