Zebra 3003034 tulostustarrat valkoinen itseliimautuva tulostustarra

Zebra direct thermal label paper, size 104 x 20 mm in roll format, is designed for thermal printers that print by applying heat directly to the label surface. The labels produce high-contrast, dark impressions without the need for ink or ribbons, providing a simple media solution for short- to medium-term identification tasks. The roll format supports continuous feeding in compatible desktop and industrial direct thermal printers, enabling fast, automated printing and straightforward label application.

Advantages

These 104 x 20 mm direct thermal labels deliver consistent, sharp barcodes and text suitable for scanning and human reading. Because they require no ribbon, they reduce consumable handling and simplify printer setup. The roll format minimizes downtime during batch printing and helps maintain alignment and feed reliability in printers designed for roll media. The paper's thermal coating produces clear contrast immediately after printing, making it practical for shipping labels, inventory tags, and asset identification where longevity of the print is moderate.

Suitable for

• Shipping and parcel labeling
• Short- to medium-term inventory tagging
• Asset tracking and identification
• Barcode and QR code printing for logistics
• Point-of-service or receipt-style small labels

Key specifications

• Media type: direct thermal paper
• Label dimensions: 104 x 20 mm
• Format: roll for continuous feed printers
• Printable surface: thermal coated, high-contrast output
• Intended durability: short- to medium-term indoor use
• Compatibility: designed for direct thermal printers (no ribbon required)

How to use

Load the label roll into a compatible direct thermal printer according to the printer manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the thermal side faces the printhead. Configure label size and print settings in the printer driver or label software to 104 x 20 mm and verify media type as direct thermal. After printing, allow a moment for the print to stabilize before handling; avoid rubbing immediately to prevent smudging. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve the thermal coating.

Recommendations

For best scanning and print longevity, avoid exposure to high heat, prolonged sunlight, and solvent contact. Use in environments where labels are expected to remain readable for the short- to medium-term; for long-term outdoor or chemical-exposed applications, consider thermal transfer labels with protective ribbons or laminates.
