Zebra 3011409-T tarra valkoinen itseliimautuva tulostustarra

Zebra LAB-RL-DT-PAP-63.5X38.1MM 3011409-T is a roll of direct thermal labels designed for reliable short- to medium-term labelling tasks. The product is intended for use in compatible Zebra direct thermal printers and delivers consistent print quality without requiring thermal transfer ribbons. Labels are die-cut to 63.5 x 38.1 mm, wound and presented on a roll for straightforward loading into roll-fed label printers.

Advantages

The direct thermal construction eliminates the need for separate ink or ribbon, simplifying consumables management and reducing operational steps. Precision die-cutting ensures uniform label size and predictable sensor detection in roll-fed printers. The roll format supports quick replacement and continuous printing for moderate-volume workflows. Compatibility with Zebra direct thermal printers helps maintain print head alignment and consistent output.

Suitable for

• Shipping and logistics labels for short-term use
• Retail price tags and shelf labels
• Inventory and barcode labelling in warehouses
• Temporary asset tagging and documentation

Key specifications

• Label type: direct thermal
• Label dimensions: 63.5 mm × 38.1 mm
• Format: die-cut labels on a roll
• Roll core and winding: roll-wound for printer feed
• Surface: printable thermal coating suitable for monochrome thermal print

How to use

Load the roll into a compatible Zebra direct thermal printer following the printer manufacturer’s loading procedure, ensuring the labels are correctly oriented for the printer’s media path and sensor. Configure the printer driver or on-device settings for label size (63.5 × 38.1 mm) and media type set to direct thermal. Print at recommended printer settings to achieve readable barcodes and text, and handle printed labels by avoiding prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, oils or solvents which can darken or degrade thermal images.

Recommendations

Store unopened rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Use within the manufacturer’s recommended shelf life for direct thermal media to preserve print responsiveness. For long-term or outdoor applications, consider using thermal transfer labels instead, as direct thermal images are sensitive to environmental factors.
