Zebra asennusosa (tankokiinnitys)

In fast-paced industrial and logistics environments, securely positioning mobile computers, tablets, or scanners where operators need them is a daily challenge. Loose devices lead to drops, damage, and workflow interruptions. The Zebra 3PTY-RAM-B-102U-247 pole mount bracket solves this by providing a rugged, vibration-resistant clamping solution that keeps your Zebra device firmly attached to poles, rods, or pipes—exactly where the work happens.

Who is it for

This bracket is built for warehouse teams, forklift operators, field service technicians, and logistics personnel who rely on Zebra handhelds or tablets in demanding settings. It suits any operation that needs hands-free access to mobile data capture tools on poles, carts, or vehicle frames.

Main features

• Clamp-on design fits poles from 19 mm to 50 mm diameter (0.75" to 2"), covering common warehouse racking, cart handles, and vehicle roll bars.
• 360-degree swivel and tilt adjustment at the device interface allows optimal viewing angles for scanning, data entry, or navigation.
• Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, steel, and industrial-grade polymer for long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
• Supports devices up to 4.5 kg (10 lbs), making it compatible with a wide range of Zebra mobile computers, tablets, scanners, and printers that use the AMPS 4-hole mounting pattern.
• Secure clamping mechanism prevents accidental detachment even under constant vibration from forklifts or conveyor systems.
• Tool-based installation with included mounting screws and Allen wrench ensures a tight, reliable fit.

Tips

Before installation, confirm your Zebra device has the AMPS 4-hole pattern on its back or in its protective case. For poles at the smaller end of the range, use the included shims or adjust the clamp to prevent slippage. Periodically check the clamp tightness, especially in high-vibration areas, to maintain a secure hold.
